The rooms were simply beautiful. Spacious, clean, well kept. Each room had a beautiful large bathtub. The breakfast had a nice variety of choices. The Spa treatment was good. Free parking is provided. The hotel is a short drive away from Mid Valley Megamall which was very convenient and a time saver.

You have a staff called Brandon at the reception who is super-efficient. Also a nice lady in housekeeping, I don't know her name, she works on the 21st floor. I also liked the work tables in your rooms, I have used them several times during my regular stays and I find them just the right height for a virtual meeting (the work chair is comfortable too). The bed is ok, I can sleep well in it.

hi, this is my 2nd time staying at Pullman Bangsar. i had bad experience for my first time stay here, i left some review about it. long short story, their customer service, (Shout Out to Jessie) called me and apologize for what happened and Pullman gave me Free Hi-Tea (lunch buffet) for 2 pax (of course with t&c, which is we need to book again to redeem da voucher) well then yeah we book a room again. alhamdulillah, this time all the services was good, starting from the Bell Boy, Front Desk, and the room was so cozy and comfortable. Pandai Pullman ambil hati! at last, this time, achieve expecation staying at Pullman, thank you! the buffet was so so good!

we got free upgrade to a very big room. the room was facing the highway view. we paid rm330 for a very big room together include with 2adults 2kids breakfast. the pool was great as well. and the breakfast was good, many variety, almost all was yummy.

Was upgraded to a larger room because of Booking.com Genius level so that was nice. But probably more thanks to Booking.com rather than the hotel itself. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice and quiet. Gym was alright. Didn't have the full range of machines that some other hotels have, but I had the place to myself so that was a bonus. Breakfast buffet was pretty decent, but I didn't have the chance go crazy because I was in a hurry. Reception and concierge staff friendly and professional.

The room was well-sized, with a large bathroom with shower and separate tub. The bed is also very comfy. Buffet breakfast was decent and alot of malaysian food options. The hotel while in a quiet area of Bangsar, allows you easy access by Grab to anywhere around the city. Will stay there again. I like spacious rooms.

Good, helpful staff. Great location since my workplace was in Universiti Malaya. Good facilities in and outside the room. Sumptuous breakfast included in the price.
